We are really appreciative of the help from front desk. He is friendly and very patient with us. We couldn't figure out how to order food (we arrived after midnight) via China apps and was not able to even make payment. The staff helped us to place orders and even helped us topped up our e-wallet. The room is very comfortable. We had connecting rooms and were facing the little pond. The view was especially excellent in the morning! I'll be come back again.

Value for money, the rooms were clean and spacious, gym was fully equipped, the laundry area was a bonus, near train station
